David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease transaction.

United Auto Supply is a leader in the wholesale distribution of original equipment, aftermarket automotive parts and accessories.  They sell exclusively to independent installers, new car dealers, municipalities, heavy duty fleets (all makes/all models) and auto parts stores.  The family owner business has over 1,200 employees and 33 locations.

The fully-leased 60,000 square-foot “flex” building at 220 Miller Place is part of an Anton-Cerrone Associates portfolio consisting of over 800,000 square feet of office and flex space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt exclusively represents Anton-Cerrone.
