CEO,”Several years ago, on the verge of a major expansion we brought in Hunt Corporate Services to help us find a home that would accommodate our needs well into the future. It was actually a decision to hire a professional practice that would operate as our company Real Estate Department. Each space we viewed as a potential candidate was analyzed in several different ways. Was it an adequate footprint? Would we need to spend thousands to renovate and make it our own? In closing I am happy to say that Lorraine Gregory Communications, with the help of Hunt team, negotiated with one of Long Islands iconic developers, and produced a very good, solid and fair lease for outstanding space in the Heartland Business Park.
