August 18, 2021 – Plainview, NY – Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. announced today that Sid Harvey Industries (Garden City) is expanding from 25,000 square feet to 37,500 square feet at their branch location at 175 Central Avenue, Farmingdale, NY. David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates in the transaction. Sid Harvey was self-represented.
“Sid Harvey had outgrown their current space at their Farmingdale branch location and needed to expand,” explained Mr. Hunt. “The building at 175 Central Avenue has offered the right combination of parking and showroom space for many years, but they needed additional warehouse space. The neighboring tenant was able to give up their space and Sid Harvey was able to expand within the building. The timing proved to work very well to accommodate all parties involved.”
