Hunt represented the seller, Great Neck Saw Manufacturers, Inc, while the buyer was represented by Joicey Varughese of Schacker Realty, in the transaction.

Mr. Hunt has represented the commercial real estate interests of Great Neck Saw Manufacturing Corp. for over 25 years.
