David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates. Phil D’Avanzo of Cushman & Wakefield of Long Island represented the tenant.

Liebert Corp, a business of Vertiv, is a global manufacturer of power, precision cooling and infrastructure management systems for the mainframe computer, server racks, and critical process systems.
