“LabCorp needed a new location built out to their specifications quickly,” said Mr. Hunt. “They required office, laboratory and warehouse space, as well as a truck loading dock, all of which we were able to accommodate. Construction is already under way and we expect delivery in late spring.” The remaining space of 12,055 square feet is available and will be built to suit.
