Hunt, president of Hunt, exclusively represented the seller.

The buyer, Avco Boxes, is headquartered next door at 120 Windsor Place and was self-represented.  “This transaction was a win-win for both sides,” said Mr. Hunt, who negotiated the transaction.  “Nationwide needed to relocate to a much larger facility and was under time pressure to do so.  Avco has now acquired a warehouse and production building adjacent to their current headquarters.  The two principals went to great lengths to help each other out in the process.”

Nationwide 360 specializes in custom exhibits and displays, and booth accessories for trade shows for both retail and corporate environments. They offer services from strategy, design, graphics, fabrication, installation, show services and event planning.
