October 1, 2019 – Plainview, NY – King Kullen Grocery Co., Inc. sold an 8,000 square foot industrial building at 113 Kean Street, West Babylon, NY to 1216 Owners LLC. David G. Hunt represented King Kullen as exclusive agent for the seller, and Jason Miller of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.

The 8,000 square foot industrial building is primarily a large workshop and warehouse space, and is situated on a plot of .43 acres. “I represented King Kullen as their exclusive agent in the acquisition of this building over 15 years ago,” said Mr. Hunt.”It was purchased for use as a maintenance and repair of equipment and displays for their retail stores.
