Robert Hirschfeld of Hunt exclusively represented the tenant. David Pennetta and Kyle Burkhardt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Jesbes Realty LLC.

“Aboff’s was looking to centralize their distribution center on Long Island,” said Mr. Hirschfeld. “The building at 59 Gilpin Ave is able to accommodate the receiving of goods from Benjamin Moore, as well as the distribution to local Aboff’s stores. A showroom will be placed in the front of the building.”

The industrial building located at 59 Gilpin Ave was built in 1979. It has 19,200 square feet of 18’ clear height, approximately 2,000 square feet of mezzanine, and 3,300 square feet of office.
