April 22, 2026 – Plainview, NY – Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. announced that Certified Interiors has purchased a 47,831 square foot building at 140 Fell Court, Hauppauge. David G. Hunt of Hunt exclusively represented Certified Industries, while Ray Ruiz, Marianne Dugan and John Nielsen of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller Shivom Enterprises LLC.

Certified Interiors, a custom renovation services company, plans to relocate its current offices at 25 Andrea Road in Holbrook to the building at 140 Fell Court, which will be its new corporate headquarters.  “The acquisition of 140 Fell Court is another milestone in the growth of Certified Interiors and creates a campus with their adjacent 60,000 square foot manufacturing building at 300 Rabro Drive,” said Mr. Hunt. “The corporate offices will be moved from their current Holbrook location to the second and third floors of 140 Fell Court after interior improvements to the building, scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.”

Hunt is currently marketing the 27,600-square-foot industrial building at 25 Andrea Road in Holbrook for lease.
