Mr. Hunt will be presenting “The Long Island Industrial Market – Yesterday and Today. How the History of Long Island Industrial Development Impacts Valuations Today.” He will be addressing Long Island’s industrial market, history and trends, development in Nassau and Suffolk counties, energy efficiency, market demand, the value in relation to access to the Long Island Expressway, and many other tops that affect the industrial market.
