(Massapequa, NY) has leased 13,869 square feet at 55 West Ames Court, Plainview, NY. David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, in the lease negotiations. The tenant was represented by Steve Epstein of United Realty.

Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating provides Manhattan and Long Island experienced, hands on, high end HVAC installation, service and fabrication.

The 90,215 square foot “flex” building at 55 West Ames Court is situated on a 5.5-acre plot, one block off the Long Island Expressway in Plainview. The building is part of an Anton-Cerrone Associates portfolio consisting of over 800,000 square feet of office and flex space throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Hunt has represented Anton-Cerrone as their exclusive leasing agent for more than 34 years.
