May 1, 2024 – Plainview, NY – Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. announced that Apria Healthcare has renewed a lease for 7,815 square feet at 265 Executive Drive in Plainview. David G. Hunt, president of Hunt, represented the landlord, Anton Cerrone Associates. Steve Korfiatis and Kyle Burkhardt of Newmark represented the tenant in the negotiations.
